I received Acosy Abs Simulator, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The Abs simulator is a tens unit, which helps develop and train muscles. The simulator also helps burn fat and helps with pain.  The simulator comes with 3 gel pads, ran by AAA batteries. Each simulator lasts 12 minutes each. Each simulator has 6 modes and 10 exercise levels. You can use the gel pads and simulators on your arms, legs, tummy, and waist.

To use, you remove each gel pad from the clear backing, then attach the simulators to each. Turn on each unit and adjust the settings. Do not turn on the units until you apply the simulators to your body.

The gel pads can be cleaned and reused. Tip: after the simulator stops, remove the simulators from the gel pads. Reaffix the gel pads back to the clear backing for storage.

I received Core Fitness Zone's 30 minute home workout kit, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The kit comes with resistance bands; a door anchor; carrying bag, and anchor straps.

I wanted the kit to get back into shape. I let myself go some and gained weight back. I also need more energy to chase behind a teenager and a toddler. I don't have the stamina and energy right now to chase after the teenager. I am still on point with the toddler, but he is picking up  speed at times.

I been working with the resistance bands a few times a week with leg stretches at the desk or bed . I like how the kit is portable and can fit into a suitcase or backpack, such as if you go on vacation. I have a over the door metal gym, I just unpacked the other day and I have tripped over it a few times, while trying to detangle and figure out which door to put it over.

I received Bold Tribe Assisted Pull Up Band for Beginners with Exercise Guide, in exchange for honest review. The band helps you do push ups, pull ups, and other exercises with additional resistance. I do like how the band is long enough to go across my entire body.

The exercise guide provides workouts to start using the bands, like push ups with the band, going across the back.

The product is made out of rubber. It is one solid rubber loop. .The band also works with a pull up bar. So far, I been trying to do push ups with it, but I will work on pull ups within the next week or so. I struggle with doing pull ups. My boobage gets in the way and I can't pull too far up. I also have done stretches with the band.

I received Amara Sports Drink, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson.  I received two bottles.

The sports drink is low cal, and helps build energy for pre and post workouts. Amara also tastes good. The ingredients include coffee and maqui berry.

Maqui berry is a purple, super berry, grown in Chili, Maqui berries contain antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. The berries can help lower cholesterol and improve heart health. Finally, Maqui berries has antibacterial properties, which helps fight off illness.

Coffee Berry information was hard to find. Lots of information online about different types of coffee berries, not to mention someone named a product Coffee Berry. According to Amara's website, coffee berry contains antioxidants, caffeine, and vitamin B.

Amara also contains 5 electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. The drink is also sweetened with agave versus a traditional sugar. Finally, the product has spring water in each bottle.

I used the bottles pre-workout because I needed that extra energy and stamina to workout plus clean up before Kalen gets home from school. The sports drink tastes better chilled. It is a nice fruity flavor and I love the taste. I did feel a burst of energy while working out and was able to do a little bit more.

Salsa Dance Workout Review (Tomoson)

I received SalsaCrazy Presents: Salsa Dance Workout and Fitness DVD, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. Salsa Dance Workout was created by the makers of Dance Crazy, Salsa Crazy, and Bachata Crazy series. 

The video first focused on stretching. You stretched your arms, hips, and waist. You learned how to shoulder shake, as seen in traditional Latin dances. You learn to count. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. I believe you pause on 4 and 8. The warm ups and stretching for me took a good 15-20 minutes. The stretches were not hard as expected. I was able to move and follow along with the instructors. 

Then, the instructors start the Salsa Dancing. The first movement is an up down movement and the second is a side movement. These are the beginning movements. The video also has sections for intermediate and more advanced users (not me). I struggled with both the up down and side movements. I couldn't figure out the shift weight movements, but I still had fun trying. The stretches and beginning exercises are low impact. I am not there yet to try more intermediate and advanced routines. I am trying to count the steps on top of learning which step to take with each count without losing focus.

I received Fé Fit Women's (pronounced Fay Fit) Fitness Program, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The system comes with 8 DVD, one for each week. The first DVD also contains core exercises and the intro to the program.

The system also came gift wrapped with silver foil and a pink bow. You also have a calendar, which shows you the workouts for each day. The system also comes with stickers to mark your completed days.

You also may need a yoga mat and resistance bands. I also noticed a balance ball in the background of Day 1 and a pylo ring ( I think that's what it is called).

I also like how the guide contains multiple workout programs. For example, you have the 90 day program, but you also have a plan, if you want to work out 5 or 6 days a week. Maybe you want to tone or focus on weight loss.

The DVDs are easy to follow along. A few of the exercises, I stumbled on, but the instructor offers modifications.

I had no issues with the workouts, but I did have a few technical issues. My DVD player broke. My son's DVD refused to play them at all. My computer was my salvation until it broke down lol. I did get some workouts completed before the problems started. I stayed on Day 1 and 2 for a long time because I wanted to master the workouts, especially some of the ones, I struggled with.

For example, on day 1, there is a workout, which requires resistance bands. You step inside the resistance band and move from side to side. I have resistance bands, I found around the house and some I have received for review. The ones, they used, are the long ones. My resistance bands did not stretch too far for me to move from side to side. I fell down a few times.

The mat did move some but not as much as my former yoga mat towel.

I received  Suddora Stripes Head Sweatband and Striped Wrist Sweatband (2), in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I used the sweat bands while working out or just walking around the block.

The bands are thick and soft enough, but I don't recommend wearing them for too long, especially if you have sensitive skin. After about 20-30 minutes, the bands started to feel uncomfortable and started to itch. I try to keep most of my workouts under 20, but I went too long that day. Other than that, I have not had any issues with the products.

I continue to use them, especially now the El Frio has blown into Texas, bringing bursts of coldness into my home lol.

I wanted to review the reflective ankle bands after watching my cousin, nieces, and sister go for a late night walk through the neighborhood. The neighborhood has sidewalks and streetlights, but sometimes, it's not bright enough. The stars might not be out. Maybe it's cloudy out and visibility is limited.
