The best advice a tubby turtle can get Book Review (Tomoson)

This post contains Amazon Affiliate links and Images

I read The Best Advice a Tubby Turtle Can Get:, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The book was written by Ayala Raz.

The book is about Toby the turtle, who is too fat from eating snacks and sweets all day long. His mother called in all sorts of interesting experts to help Toby fit into his shell better. The best advice came from an older turtle. With the older turtle's advice, Toby learns to fit into his shell.

After the story ends, there are some creative ways to get kids to eat healthy foods, such as the tangerine lion or the pear chicken.

You can purchase the book on Amazon in Kindle format only, using the link above.

Rivanna Healthy All Over Music CD Review (Tomoson)

A photo posted by Stacie D Wyatt (@sdwyatt1980) on

I received Rivanna Healthy All Over Music CD Review, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The music teaches kids about healthy eating and living. Brush it up and down discussed the right way to brush your teeth. I eat like a bunny discusses eating carrots. Another good song is scrub a dub, squeaky clean, which discusses taking a bath. I wonder if the song can get my oldest to use soap.

Healthy foods discusses how eating healthy gives kids energy.

Clean food diet book review (Tomoson)

This product contains Amazon Affiliate links.

I read The Clean Food Diet: Avoid processed foods and eat clean with few simple lifestyle changes(free nutrition recipes)(natural food recipes) (Special Diet Cookbooks & Vegetarian Recipes Collection Book 4), in exchange for honest review from Tomoson.

I keep hearing about clean eating, but not exactly sure what it is. I'm sure it's more than cleaning your food before preparation or cleaning the dishes or safe cooking standards.

The author said clean eating is knowing about where your food comes from and what's in it. Clean eating means avoiding processed foods. Some processed foods include canned goods (which I love), white flour, and items, which you can't identify each ingredient. He also mentioned one of my staples, instant oatmeal.

The author also discussed what you can eat such as fresh and raw foods. He also mentioned canned goods, which doesn't contain any additives. He also recommends organic foods. Other clean foods include nuts, fruit, farm range eggs, and coconut oil.

Next, the author focuses on how to cook clean. First, avoid fried foods and focus on steaming, stewing, and using less salt.

The beginning section was very helpful in explaining clean food and techniques.

Finally, the author provides clean eating recipes. Some of the recipes, I liked included. I loved the first appetizer: the guacamole bruschetta. I love breads. I love avocado. I also liked the cream cheese cucumber cups and the mini spinach pizzas, using pita bread.

For salads, I loved the spinach and avocado salad with poppy seed dressing. For entrees, I loved the Mediterranean stuffed eggplants, the meatless chili, and the zucchini fries.

Finally for desserts, I loved the two ingredient oatmeal cookies (rolled oats and bananas) and the clean chocolate souffle.
