Acosy Abs Simulator Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Acosy Abs Simulator, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The Abs simulator is a tens unit, which helps develop and train muscles. The simulator also helps burn fat and helps with pain.  The simulator comes with 3 gel pads, ran by AAA batteries. Each simulator lasts 12 minutes each. Each simulator has 6 modes and 10 exercise levels. You can use the gel pads and simulators on your arms, legs, tummy, and waist.

To use, you remove each gel pad from the clear backing, then attach the simulators to each. Turn on each unit and adjust the settings. Do not turn on the units until you apply the simulators to your body.

The gel pads can be cleaned and reused. Tip: after the simulator stops, remove the simulators from the gel pads. Reaffix the gel pads back to the clear backing for storage.

I have not seen any results yet, using the abs simulator

Core Fitness Zone 30 Minute Home Workout Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Core Fitness Zone's 30 minute home workout kit, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The kit comes with resistance bands; a door anchor; carrying bag, and anchor straps.

I wanted the kit to get back into shape. I let myself go some and gained weight back. I also need more energy to chase behind a teenager and a toddler. I don't have the stamina and energy right now to chase after the teenager. I am still on point with the toddler, but he is picking up  speed at times.

I been working with the resistance bands a few times a week with leg stretches at the desk or bed . I like how the kit is portable and can fit into a suitcase or backpack, such as if you go on vacation. I have a over the door metal gym, I just unpacked the other day and I have tripped over it a few times, while trying to detangle and figure out which door to put it over.

The case is lightweight and easy to carry around.

You can purchase the home workout, using the link above.

Pinjian Ultimate Resistance Bands Review (Tomoson

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Pinjian Ultimate Resistance Bands, in exchange for honest review. The set comes in 10 pieces, 12 pieces, 16 pieces, and 20 pieces. I got the 12 piece set. The 12 piece set comes with the following:

  1. Storage bag
  2. Chest expander
  3. Door anchor
  4. Foot cradles (2)
  5. Foam grips (2)
  6. 30 lb resistance band
  7. 25 lb resistance band
  8. 15 lb resistance band
  9. 10 lb resistance band
  10. 20 lb resistance band.
I liked the chest expander because I never used one before. The set was easy to use in workouts. I also wanted to incorporate the door anchor. I had one before, but it arrived after I took down my bedroom door (well what was left of it after my son destroyed it). Then, I remembered, I have two closet doors. One door has a door gym and the other door is free for the Pinjian system. The system does not interfere with my child locks.

You can purchase the set using the link above. The set is prime-eligible .

Crossfit suspension wall mount review (Tomoson)

I received the cross fit suspension strap wall mount in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The wall mount came with the mount, the bolts, and the washers. Make sure to have a good wrench or pliers on hand.

The hardest part was drilling the pilot holes and then making the holes big enough for the bolts. Make sure to hold the mount down, while twisting the bolts in place. It took me a minute to get a hold of this. All together, installation took me about 30 minutes. It still isn't completely secure but secure enough to run a resistance strap through and do low intensity workouts. Hands got tired from those bolts lol.

SworkIt Fitness App Review (Tomoson)

I received Sworkit, a fitness app, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson . Sworkit is a fitness app, available on Google Play, Amazon, and The App Store. The app is available in a free and premium version.

In the app, you have five workout modes: strength, cardio, yoga, stretching, and customized. Each workout is five minutes long. You are able to watch a demo of the workout, then do the workout. You also can pause workouts.

The app also has a partnership with two rewards programs, Mpoints and Klip. You can earn giftcards, donate to charity, or use the points to enter sweepstakes. Next, you can connect the app to Google Fit and My Fitness Pal.

The app is easy to use. You choose your workout; strength, cardio, yoga, stretching, or a customized workout. Then, you chose a workout type. For example, under stretching, you can do a head to to warm up; a full body stretch; a standing only stretch; or back strengthening. Next, you choose your workout time, from five minutes to an hour. You also can choose a custom length. Then, begin your workout.

You can watch a video of the workout before you begin. Then, a timer counts down. Once it starts, you start the workout. If you need a break, hit the pause button.

The app also speaks to you

You also can track your progress with the app.

I liked the app. It gives me a chance to get a workout in, even if I only have five minutes. I also like the video demos and the video trainers on the screen.

Hand Grip Strengthener Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received the Hand Grip Strengthener Exerciser, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The grips come in sets of two. I remember growing up, seeing my uncle Joe (died maybe in 2007), using hand grip exercisers. I wasn't sure what they was for, but I did enjoy trying to squeeze the exercisers. I didn't realize at the time, hand grips come in different weights.

These hand grips are easy to use. They also have soft foam handles. The grips are easy to squeeze. You don't need to adjust anything. These are great for stress relief, after the kids try my last nerves. The grips are also great for exercise and therapy for arthritis, carpal tunnel, and other hand therapies.

You can purchase the grips, using the link above. The grips are prime-eligible and reasonably priced.

Maximum Muscular Protein Shaker Bottle

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Protein Shaker Bottle By Maximum Muscular, Cup with Extra Storage Compartment for Powders & Pills, Massive 20oz Capacity, Blue, in exchange for honest review. The shaker cup comes with two compartments. You can use the compartments for pills or your protein powder.

If you don't use the containers, they are easy to remove until you need them. I wanted a new shaker because my kids lost the top and shaker ball to my old one. I had received some protein powder for review and I had to use a spoon to stir it. The shakes came out clumpy, instead of smooth.

I like this shaker because it doesn't have that annoying ball, which rolls around in the cup. It has an insert, which goes towards the top of the shaker.

My shakes are coming out smooth again.

You can purchase the shaker, using the link above.

Strength Stack 52 Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received the Stack 52 Exercise Cards Complete Pack, in exchange for honest review. The complete pack comes with the fitness cards, the insane pack, the weight loss cards, and the expansion pack. It also comes with the quick sweat dice (in the black bag).

The quick sweat dice is a neat concept. You roll dice to get an exercise and the number of reps to perform.

Stack 52 has made some innovative health and fitness products. The complete pack is one of these innovations.

On each card, you have a workout, a skill level, and a QR code, which links to a video. You will need a QR reader to access the video. I never really used one before reviewing this product.

You can customize your workouts, using different cards, based on your skill level. You can workout alone or workout with others. The cards easily fit into your purse, back pack, or gym bag. For me, I use beginner exercises. You won't catch me planking, but I will try the push ups or jumping jacks. I like having to see the workout before trying out the workout.

I will do a video later on tonite or tomorrow to show you how to use the QR codes on the cards.

If a workout is too hard, you can swap out the cards to meet your needs.

You can purchase the complete pack, using the link above. You also can purchase individual sets, and other Stack 52 products. The company also has a book with exercises.

Oxylent Sport Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Oxylent Sport 3 in 1 supplement drink, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I received a box of 15 blueberry sport powdered supplements, plus samples of their other products including multivitamin and prenatal. I also received chapstick.

Oxylent Sport gives three benefits: energy, stamina, and recovery before and after a workout.

I also have noticed some of the packages fizz when added to water. I do recommend not pouring the oxylent into a full bottle or cup of water, just in case the carbonation fizzes over.

I have taken the Oxylent before a workout and have noticed a boost of energy and stamina during low and high intensity workouts.

You can purchase Oxylent using the link above. Oxylent Sport is sold in the canister or the single serve packages. Oxylent is also sold on Amazon. (Mandarin, Sparkling Berries, and Blackberry pomegranate multivitamin packages).

I received the U Bend Silicone Stretch Fitness Exercise Resistance Band, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The Ubend may look unintimidating at first, but it has good stretch. The Ubend offers both exercise and stress relief. When the kids are getting on your last nerve, the Ubend can help you relax, while working your arm muscles for example.

You can purchase the Ubend on Amazon, using the link above. The Ubend is prime-eligible.

Amara Sports Drink Review (Tomoson)

A photo posted by Stacie D Wyatt (@sdwyatt1980) on

I received Amara Sports Drink, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson.  I received two bottles.

The sports drink is low cal, and helps build energy for pre and post workouts. Amara also tastes good. The ingredients include coffee and maqui berry.

Maqui berry is a purple, super berry, grown in Chili, Maqui berries contain antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. The berries can help lower cholesterol and improve heart health. Finally, Maqui berries has antibacterial properties, which helps fight off illness.

Coffee Berry information was hard to find. Lots of information online about different types of coffee berries, not to mention someone named a product Coffee Berry. According to Amara's website, coffee berry contains antioxidants, caffeine, and vitamin B.

Amara also contains 5 electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. The drink is also sweetened with agave versus a traditional sugar. Finally, the product has spring water in each bottle.

I used the bottles pre-workout because I needed that extra energy and stamina to workout plus clean up before Kalen gets home from school. The sports drink tastes better chilled. It is a nice fruity flavor and I love the taste. I did feel a burst of energy while working out and was able to do a little bit more.

You can purchase Amara sports drinks, using the link above. Click on the shop now for all Amara's products.
