I have used the ultra stretch for basic stretches and modified pull ups. The bands are easy to use. You slip your foot or feet into the holes and slip your arms into the front holes and stretch away.

You can purchase the Ultra stretch using the link above. The ultra stretch is prime-eligible.

Salsa Dance Workout Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received SalsaCrazy Presents: Salsa Dance Workout and Fitness DVD, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. Salsa Dance Workout was created by the makers of Dance Crazy, Salsa Crazy, and Bachata Crazy series.

The video first focused on stretching. You stretched your arms, hips, and waist. You learned how to shoulder shake, as seen in traditional Latin dances. You learn to count. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. I believe you pause on 4 and 8. The warm ups and stretching for me took a good 15-20 minutes. The stretches were not hard as expected. I was able to move and follow along with the instructors.

Then, the instructors start the Salsa Dancing. The first movement is an up down movement and the second is a side movement. These are the beginning movements. The video also has sections for intermediate and more advanced users (not me). I struggled with both the up down and side movements. I couldn't figure out the shift weight movements, but I still had fun trying. The stretches and beginning exercises are low impact. I am not there yet to try more intermediate and advanced routines. I am trying to count the steps on top of learning which step to take with each count without losing focus.

You can purchase Salsa Dance Workout on Amazon. The product is prime-eligible.

Learn to Dance Salsa DVDS (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate links and Images,

I received Salsa Dancing Lessons, Beginners Salsa 3 Pack DVD SET: Salsa Dance Lessons (3 DVDs), in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The set was created by the makers of Dance Crazy, Salsa Crazy, and Bachata Crazy.

The collection comes with 3 DVDS, teaching beginning Salsa techniques. I also liked the history and outtakes on the first DVD. I also like how the male instructor discusses what he will teach before the lessons begin. The first thing, he teaches is rhythm and timing. He doesn't give his name though. He does encourage people to count out loud on the steps they step on. Salsa Dancing, according to him, has 8 steps. If you pause, then you don't count. This is helpful to me because I have no rhythm.

You can purchase Salsa dancing lessons and other Dance Crazy dvds on Amazon. The DVDS are prime-eligible.

SalsaCrazy Learn to Dance Merengue DVD Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links and Images

I received Learn to Dance Merengue Beginning and Intermediate, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The collection comes with one DVD. The DVD is taught by Alison Hurwitz and Jesus Ortiz.

The video teaches the basic steps before it moves into the beginner and   intermediate lessons. First, the video teaches the history of merengue.  The dance originated in the Dominican Republic. Started out as a dance for the peasant class, Merengue also has been used in political commentary and social expression.

The video teaches you the steps from multiple positions. The video also teaches you mistakes to make, such as not to bounce. And to hit the floor with the ball of your foot and not the heel. Hurwitz also says most of the action occurs downstairs or the hips and below. You also learn how to bend your knees properly.

The video is great for an amateur dancer like me, who lacks rhythm. I can take my time learning the steps versus being rushed into the more advanced steps.

You can purchase Learn to Dance Merengue, along with other Dance Crazy, Salsa Crazy, and Bachata Crazy DVDS on Amazon. You can learn to waltz, salsa, bachata, and even salsa workout.  The DVD (s) is prime-eligible

The instructors are Eldon Brice and Allison Hurwitz. The DVD teaches single and triple count East Coast Swing. You will learn to swing using multiple camera angles. The instructors go step by step, taking things slow.

One big issue, I had was the DVD got stuck in the computer and it took some work to pry it out. I was able to watch some of the DVD, but not all. I also had errors, causing the DVD not to play.

You can purchase the DVD on Amazon. The DVD is prime-eligible.

Dance Crazy Bachata Review (Tomoson)

This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

According to Google,Bachata is "a style of romantic music originating in the Dominican Republic."

I received the Learn To Dance Bachata, Bachata Dance Mastery System, 3 DVD Set: A Step-By-Step Guide To Bachata Dancing, in exchange for review from Tomoson. The videos was designed by the creators of the Dance Crazy and Salsa Crazy series.

The cds include beginners, intermediate, and expert. The video is accompanied by latin/salsa music.

The video is taught by Alison Hurwitz and Jesus Ortiz.

The video starts with Ortiz and Hurwitz teaching about the history of Bachata. Then the instructors teach step by step, how to bachata from multiple angles. You will learn things like hip triplet. I am still learning the first movement. I have no rhythm and struggle with dancing. The videos are an excellent way to learn ballroom, bachata, salsa, and waltz, even if you are a dance dummy like me.

Only issue, I experienced was the DVD kept getting stuck in the computer.
