Bouchard Dark Chocolate Review (Tomoson)

I received Bouchard Dark Belgian Chocolates, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I love Dark Chocolates. The chocolates are not as sweet as a traditional chocolate and has more health benefits than a sweeter version.

I received a pack of individually-wrapped Napolitian Dark Chocolates. The chocolates are made in Belgium, which takes longer to ship out. The chocolates are also hand made. The Napolitians also comes in other flavors, such as dark orange and sea salt and caramel.

The dark chocolates, I received contains 72% cacao. I loved the taste of the chocolates. I hid a few in my purse to keep from the toddler. The toddler finished off the first few chocolates for me, when he rambled in my purse and found my mail. He loved the dark chocolate. I also loved them. Great for a quick snack.

The chocolates are sold at Costco in the following areas; Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Las Vegas, and San Diego.

Garlic Twist Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate links.

I received the Native Spring Garlic Twist, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I love garlic. I like mashing them with a knife to help peel and chop. I do have traditional garlic presses, but they are hard to clean, even with a brush and you press one clove at a time. Sometimes the press can be hard on the hands to use.

The garlic twist, developed by Native Spring is easier to clean and easier on your hands. The twist also holds more than one clove. The twist also can be used to grind other food items, such as peppers.

You can purchase the Garlic Twist, using the link above. The twist is prime-eligible.

Keliwa Donut Pan Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received the Keliwa Donut Pan, in exchange for honest review. I always wanted a donut pan and was happy to receive one. My first batch of donuts was a fail. I used moist cake batter mix and it fell apart when I tried to remove the donuts. The rest of the batches, I used a basic homemade cake mix (flour, water, egg, powdered milk, cocoa, vanilla, and baking soda). The homemade mix held better and made better looking donuts.

I have made chocolate donuts, plain donuts, and a pineapple donut. The pan was easy to use and easy to clean.

You can purchase the donut pan, using the link above. The pan is prime-eligible.

Now Born Baby Grooming Kit Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links. .

I received the Baby Grooming Kit, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I wanted the kit for Kalen for his grooming needs, especially combing his hair and trimming his nails. The finger tooth brush got used as a sensory toy for him. The brush can be used for sensory issues too--helps calm him down when his hair is being brushed. He also likes to rub the brush along his face.

The kit comes with a carrying case, finger tooth brush, comb, brush, nail clippers, hair clippers, nail file, and a regular tooth brush. The nail clippers was not easy to use because the back part. I never had baby clippers with a safety feature built in but it was able to cut his longer nails with no issues.

#SafeKids Child Lock Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Safe Kids Child Lock in exchange for honest review. I used the lock for my oven. The lock comes with the lock with an extra set of adhesive tabs. To release, press the button in and slide out.

The lock lasted a few days before a kid ripped it off. It worked wonders while it was still adhered to the oven. I have since removed the stove and oven locks, but have no lock to protect a kid from opening the oven. I may buy this lock again because it was easy to use.

You can purchase the child lock using the link above. The child lock is prime-eligible.

Ata and the Magic Potty Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I read Ata and the Magic Potty, in exchange for honest review .

The book was cute and I liked the illustrations. The words on the pages could have been a little bigger or a different color to read on the background. I wanted this book because both of my kids are not potty trained. My youngest is learning at school and at home. He will attempt to go more than his brother. Both kids liked looking at the book because  of the colors. I can use it as an aide to teach them about the magic of going to the bathroom and maybe one day, ditching the diapers and pull ups.

You can purchase the book using the link above. The book comes in Kindle and Kindle Unlimited format.

#SexyWG Neoprene Waist Trainer Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links

I received the Sexy WG Pink Waist Trainer, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson.  I got a 4xl. The top half of the trainer is zippered, while the bottom half is velcro.

I had issues at first, zipping up the top half because of the boobage, but the trainer, once zipped, did help flatten out the boobage area. 4xl is the biggest size so I couldn't go a size up to accommodate this area.

Another issue is when walking in the heat, the inside can get  a bit sweaty. Other than that, I have no issues with the waist trainer. I been wearing it on a regular basis since receipt. As I said, it helps flatten some of the boobage area and also the belly and waist.  I needed some help with the belly area, especialy since my kid sgot me cooking every day. Nothing like a trainer to help you control what you eat because of the compression. Since the bottom half is velcro, you can adjust to your comfort level.

You can buy the waist trainer on Amazon, using the link above. The waist trainer is prime-eligible. The trainer comes in pink and black and comes in various sizes, up to 4xl. The company has a size chart in the images section.

Kuuk Fridge and Egg Boxes Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Kuuk fridge and egg boxes, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I wanted a way to make the fridge look organized.

First, the egg boxes help organize the eggs in the fridge. The box has a cover, but it does not protect from the elements. For example, my fridge gets too cold. I first placed the box at the back of the fridge and some of the eggs froze. The box is now in the middle of the second shelf. I also adjusted the temperature of the refrigerator.

Second, I used the fridge boxes to store small items. The box comes in a set of two. Each box is a different size. I used the box to store mayo, cheese, and other small items.

You can purchase the boxes using the links above. The boxes are prime-eligible.

The Drawing Lesson Book Review (Blogging for Books)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received The Drawing Lesson in exchange for honest review from Blogging for Books. The book was written by Matt Crilley. The book is part teaching you how to draw and part graphic novel of a teacher teaching a young boy how to draw.

I wanted the book because I love to doodle. I wish I could draw better. I struggle with faces. When I used to draw faces, the faces never looked liked the person. Good picture but not accurate. I also took a year of graphic design. My best drawing was a composition of Usher, Lil Jon, and Ludacris. The teacher said I didn't have to draw them to perfection, but to focus on what made each person unique, such as Lil Jons hair and sun glasses, so others would recognize them.

Crilley presents lessons on shading, light, negative space, compositions, etc. For example, in the story when the teacher was showing the boy how to draw a watch. The boy had to draw the watch with similar size and markings. The boy had to learn where to place the holes in the bands and how to size the watch. He also learned how the watch was tapered at the ends. Another lesson was drawing light lines at first, just in case you made a mistake. You can erase and fix your mistakes early versus trying to fix multiple problems later on.

You can purchase the book in paperback and kindle format, using the link above. The book is prime-eligible.

Jesus and the Beanstalk Review (Litfuse)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I read Jesus and the Beanstalk by Lori Stanley Roseleveld, in exchange for honest review. I was provided a paperback copy of the book. The book has Christian themes.

The book discusses how we can use our strengths i.e. our fruits of the spirit, our spiritual gifts to help overcome challenges. The book uses Jack and the Beanstalk as context to help us. Even the chapter titles reference back to Jack.

We are surrounded by giants. My giants include a recent move and learning to live alone with kids. My giant is parenting special needs kids. The giants wantt to conquer us, but in the bible, God equipped the smallest people with the right tools to defeat the giants. With David, it took a few rocks to defeat his Goliath. The giant thought he would win the battle but he was no match for God.

The author also discusses why we are not seen as giant killers. Reasons include lack faith and material want. We crave more than what God has already given us. We have to change our attitudes and behaviors to experience spiritual growth.

You can purchase the book using the link above. The book comes in paperback and kindle format.,

#NaturesBrands Peppermint and Ginger Body Butter Review (Tomoson)

I received Nature's Brands Peppermint and Ginger Body Butter in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The peppermint is the most predominant smell. The butter helps moisturize and give your body a little shine.  With peppermint anything, remember less is more. I had a lovely warming effect when I applied too much butter one day and the sensation was not too pleasant.

I normally use the butter after a shower, I seriously love the smell. The butter is certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian, and free from many harmful chemicals. You can check out the list of what it does not contain using the link above.

You can purchase the Peppermint Cream using the link above.

Baby Baby Book Review (FlyBy Blog Promotions)

Disclaimer:This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I read Baby,Baby by Diane Stortz in exchange for honest review from FlyBy Blog Promotions. The book was illustrated by Ailie Busby. The book is a board book and mirror book. It has Christian themes towards the end of the book. There is a mirror on the last page of the book. Kalen liked this page, but he loved pointing to the babies and saying baby more.

I liked the book because the words are minimal and the pictures are cute, perfect for a toddler with a short attention span. The words are also simple.

You can purchase the book, using the link above. The book is prime-eligible.
