Molkky Game (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received the Molkky Game in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The Molkky Game is an outside game. The game comes with a throwing pin (skittle) and twelve pins, numbered 1-12. You also get instructions with multiple scoring sheets attached. The game also comes with a wooden carrying box with handles.

Molkky is a popular game in Europe.

I thought this would be a great summer game for my kids, nieces, and nephews. You can earn points two ways: count up the points on each pin knocked down or count the total number of pins knocked down.

You throw the skittle underhand at the sticks. The stick has to fall down completely and not lean on other sticks.

The pins are made from solid wood. For safety reasons, move out the way when pins are being thrown. Also when storing them, keep out of reach of children.

You can purchase Molkky Original Game on Amazon. The game is prime-eligible.

Clinere Ear Cleaners Product Review (Tomoson)

I received Clinere Ear Cleaners Product in exchange for honest review. Clinere is a innovative, unique product to clean your ears with.

One side helps scoop/ ear wax out of your ear. The other side is a bendable, q-tip type thing, which helps relieve itchiness and removes wax around the inside or outside of your ear

It is a weird feeling to use the product, if you are used to q-tips, but it works.

You can purchase the product, using the link above.

Safety Baby Self Closing Outlet Covers Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

Safety Baby Self-Closing Electrical Outlet Covers

Outlet near Kalen Bed.

I received Safety Baby Self-Closing Outlet Covers - 3 pack, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson.

I wanted these because my youngest has now figured how to plug in things correctly in the outlets, even though I don't want him too. he has a heart monitor. His heart monitor plus electricity does not go together. The plugs were easy to install over the existing outlets. I also had no issues plugging and unplugging items from the outlets with the new covers.

All you need is a screwdriver to remove the old cover, then install the new cover with the one middle screw. The two white dots go into the existing two holes on the self-closing cover for decoration.

I first changed out the outlet near Kalen bed. The old outlet cover was cracked. I had patched around the area months ago to cover some existing wall damage. Even though the outlet is not used, since Kalen sleeps too close to the outlet, I needed to cover it. I had bought an existing outlet cover, but part of the middle prong broke off. I had to remove the middle piece first, then screwed on the new cover.

I also changed out the cover by my closet wall. This is one of the locations, where I plug up the vacuum or my oil diffuser. I used one of the old covers to use as a cover for the outlet behind the tv since it didn't have one. I didn't put a child lock cover there since both outlets are always in use (TV and surge protector).

outlet by my closet wall.
To use the outlet, use the prongs of whatever you are plugging up and move it to the side.

I tried until I almost died book review (Blogging for Books)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I read I Tried Until I Almost Died: From Anxiety and Frustration to Rest and Relaxation, in exchange for honest review. The book was written by Sandra McCollum, the daughter of Dave and Joyce Meyer.  I wanted to review this book because my life is filled with anxiety and frustration. Some days, I feel like I am going to have a panic attack, especially when too much is going on. I have to clean, Brad is having his issues, and Kalen wants to climb over me. Toss in the tv blasting and noise from other relatives, and you have the fuse for a full blown burn out from me.

I definitely need some rest and relaxation. Waiting for the kids to go to sleep for rest isn't always good because sometimes you get a groove cleaning or writing, and 15 minutes later, a kid wakes up. yay me.

Less than 2 weeks ago, Kalen had heart surgery, while his brother is finding new ways to commit me into a crazy house.

The book talks about expectations. We have expectations we put upon ourselves, not to mention the ones from others. All these expectations can become overwhelming. For me, I am trying to organize my room, with two kids in tow. I clean better when they are sleep or at school. When I can't get the few things, I want to get done each day, I get frustrated and pissed off at myself. Some days, I give up and play a game on Facebook or Big Fish because working around the kids is too stressful.

You fold clothes, they throw clothes. You vacuum the floor and then they throw a pack of crackers on it. You clean the bathroom and not realize one of them is making a puddle on the floor from playing in the tub. You try to do a video review and have to take a few takes because you have a naked baby show up in a few frames.

This life, I have right now, is not what I had envisioned for anything. I have a goals in mind, but right now is not the right time to do any of them. Just like the author, at times, I hate this life because things are not going according to my plan.

The author said when we are too busy, we can not hear from God. We need to live under grace. We will never be perfect. Our lives will never be perfect.

You can purchase the book using the link above. The book comes in kindle and paperback format. The book is prime-eligible

Oleavine Therapeutic Soap Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Oleavine Soap with Tea Tree Oil & Neem., in exchange for honest review. The soap contains natural and organic ingredients. The soap is also preservative, paraben, and sulfate free.

The soap is great for itchiness and irritation. It also helps with fungus, body odor, and acne. The smell is very strong. Between the tea tree and the mint, I recommend using very little. The soap helps with Brad's manly funk. Any soap, which can kill that smell is great in my book.

You can purchase the soap using the second link above. The soap is prime-eligible.

#LaLuneNaturals Aloe Vera Gel

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received La Lune Naturals Aloe Vera Gel - 12 Oz -, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. When I was younger, we used to rip the aloe vera off the plant to heal cuts and bruises. It also can be used as a body moisturizer. As a body moisturizer, it goes on sticky but absorbs quick and your skin is smooth and silky.

As for bruises, I had a showdown with Brad in July, which resulted in him biting my left under boobage area and a bruise on my right arm. Trying to clam down an autistic child is hard work.

I used the aloe vera to help heal the bruise because I was afraid to use alcohol or peroxide. The bruise healed within a few days.

You can purchase the Aloe Vera Gel on Amazon, using the link above. The gel is prime-eligible.

STOPS Ear Plugs Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Stops Ear Plugs, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. Stoops ear plugs are soft and moldable. They are made from natural elastic resin. They also come with the instructions for sealing the plugs in your ear. It does take practice though

I wanted these to block out noise, especially when writing or need to drain out everyone and everything. The plugs took some practice to get them situated, but I was finally able to get them to block out noise.

You also can purchase STOPS Ear Plugs on Amazon in a pack of 2. You can get the plugs in blue, red, tan, and yellow.

You can purchase Stop Ear Plugs using the link above.

#USArtSupply Manga Marker Pad Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received U.S. Art Supply 9" x 12" Premium Manga-Marker Paper Pad, 60 Pound (100gsm), Pad of 24-Sheets, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The paper is glossy and thin, but not too thin. I haven't drew like I used to in high school and in graphic design school, but drawing and doodling is a great way to clear your head and use your creativity.

The manga marker paper is great for pencil, ink pen, and marker. So far, I tried Chalk Marker, which did bleed some, but not much. The colors on the page, was still brilliant. I also tried Gel ink pen, which did not bleed at all. The colors were still bright. I do recommend not touching the gel ink until it dries because it can smear.

If you have periscope (sdwyatt), I did one video with me using the marker paper (expires in 24 hours).

You can purchase Manga Marker paper using the link above. The paper is prime-eligible.

Make a Match Memory Game (Tomoson)

I received Mama May I's Make a Memory Match Game, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I wanted this for Kalen to help prepare him for his last year of preschool. The game comes with a bag full of tiles. Each tile has a shape or a cute little character on it. The goal is simple, make matches with the chips. Each chip is small, round, and has a character in black ink.

I am working with Kalen to identify matches and shapes. We made some progress, but not much. The game is for children 4 and up. `The pieces are small so adult supervision is needed.

You can purchase the game, using the link above.
