Mira Digital Kitchen Scale with Stainless Steel Bowl Product Review (Tomoson)

I reviewed MIRA Digital Kitchen Scale with Stainless Steel Bowl (ST95) Food Scale Baking Scale for Tomoson. This post contains Amazon affiliate links and images.

The digital scale holds 11 lbs. It also has a large display with a blue backlight. The bowl helps you weigh whatever you need to cook that excellent meal. Whether you are weighing flour, sugar, or corn meal. The scale also zero's out, so you can get accurate measurements. You also can use the scale for weight control.

The scale also can be adjusted for multiple units: grams, fluid ounces, and pounds.

My kids also loved the bowl. They opened up the box before I did. Kalen used the bowl to carry things in, while he was walking around. I had to hide in another room to create the video review because they wanted to play with the bowl.

The product is 27.99 on Amazon and is Prime Eligible. Next, the scale comes with 3 AAA batteries and the instruction manual. Finally, the product comes with a full warranty. If something breaks, contact Mira for customer service and assistance.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Revolt Fitness Week 6

Welcome to Revolt Fitness Week 7. The august uprising has started. I retook all my measurements with the calipers and measuring tape. My BMI has moved from overweight to obese. yay. I can even see a little definition on my arms. I provided a chart of my weight and measurement changes over the last 6 weeks. This was detox week. I did little food prep because my son keeps eating my pre-made food. The other day, I made my take on a veggie lasagna. Lots of veggies and whole-wheat tortillas. My child ate the whole container. I just ate smaller meals from the list of approved meals and foods.

Revolt Fitness Week 1

Revolt

I signed up as a blogger for Revolt Fitness  a while back and was selected for the July Uprising. The Uprising was supposed to start on the 1st. I ordered my scale and calipers on Sunday Night and they did not arrive until Tuesday. I also had to wait on my new internet wireless card, which arrived Tuesday as well.

I spent Tuesday reviewing the Uprising guide and materials. I also took (or attempted) to take my measurements and before pictures. I wrote down the foods I liked on the approved list. I think Detox starts next week. I have to go shopping on the 6th.  Wednesday and Thursday, Aunt Flo showed up, so I was not sure whether or not to do the exercises. I started the exercises early Friday morning with the upper body sculpt. OUCHIE. My body is achy. hot. tired. This is what I get for not regularly exercising. I did the warm-up and 10 minutes the upper body sculpt before needing a break.  Finished the rest out hour or two later. It was definitely easier after taking the break. Definitely grateful for buying wireless headphones because I could listen without having to watch the computer for directions. I also ordered an exercise mat today. My floor is too hard.  If I want to get back to a size 10 or 8, I have to put in the work, like before.
