Heyna Q Portable Heating Pad Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Heyna Q Portable Heating Pad, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson.

The pad has 3 heat modes and 3 massage vibration modes. The pad also has voice broadcast.I could hear the voice but not quite sure what the voice is saying. She was coming in at low volume. You can also adjust the belt to fit your body. I wasnt sure if the belt would fit my belly but the belt did fit and I was able to use the machine. The belt stretches from 24 inches to 57 inches.

I have used the pad for both back and belly pain. You can also use the pad for neck and menstrual pain. Each session lasts 15 minutes and auto shut off kicks in. To me, the pad is part tens unit (without the electrodes) and heating pad. The pad was easy to use and user-friendly. You turn it on and adjust the settings. One button controls the power and heat modes, while the other controls the massage modes.

The pad takes three seconds to heat up. The temperatures include 104, 122, and 140 degrees. There is also a cycle mode which goes through all the heat ranges.

The massage vibrations starts at 3000 per min/ 4500, 6000, and recycle mode. You just have to play with the settings until you are comfortable.

Finally, you can clean the pad with a soft cloth.

You can purchase the pad, on Amazon, using the link above. The pad is prime-eligible.

Ohuhu Double Headed #Massager Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Ohuhu's Double Headed Massager, in exchange for honest review. The massager came with three attachments (a round one, a spiky one, and one with three nubs). You also can adjust the speed on the massager. The massager has a rubber grip to keep the massager steady.

I wanted this because my niece has one, which is similar to this, but heavier. I don't know if she has attachments or not. I used the massager on back and neck mostly.

You can purchase the massager, using the link above. The massager is prime-eligible. -

Santa Medical Penguin Massager

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received the Santamedical Mini Penguin Massager, White, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The massager comes with two modes of intensity. A low mode, which is perfect for neck pain and a high mode, which is perfect for my back pain. The massager does have a red light, but it doesn't heat up.

The massager is also loud and does make your hands tingle after a while. I do like the crook in the middle of the massager. I can put it in the crook of my neck, while laying back on my pillow. I also have used the massager to calm kalen down. He likes the vibration through his feet and head.

Please note, the massager is not a sexual enhancement device.

The massager runs on batteries. The massager has one button. The button turns it on and then cycles through the intensity levels. So, if's off, low intensity, high intensity, off.

You can purchase the mini massager on Amazon, using the link above.

Low Back Pain Program Review (Tomoson)

This post contains Affiliate Links

I read Low Back Pain Program (SmashWords) in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I received a Smashwords code for a free book for participation. The book was written by Sherwin Nicholson.

I wanted to read the book because I have back pain on a regular basis and wanted to learn more about how to reduce the pain. I have a large breasts, two kids, and need to exercise 7 days a week lol. Toss in female cramps, where my back is killing me. I don't always like taking pills to reduce the pain. Take the wrong pill, such as the ones with the sleep meds, I am done for and knocked out for the rest of the night.

The book discusses exercises, you can complete, to reduce back pain. First, the book discusses back pain, followed by having the right mindset to reduce pain. Then, the book moves into types of exercises, provided such as limited mobility, progressive, supportive, maintenance, and supporting. The author talks about the the type and frequency to work out on each type of exercise.

You also need to stretch first and work at your own pace. Don't overexert yourself.

The author also provides a list of exercises for each type, along with pictures of the back to aid you. I also love how the author provides visuals of how to do exercises. I need to work on maintenance, supportive, and progressive.

I also noticed, the author did not require any exercise equipment, except for a chair or a set of steps, a box, or the couch.

Some of the exercises included squats, planks,  twists, and lunges.

You can purchase the book on Amazonor Smashwords

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

QiPillow Orthopedic Pillow Product Review (Tomoson)

I reviewed the QiPillow - Back Pain Relieving Orthopedic Support (20" X 20", Sage)
for honest review from Tomoson. This post has Amazon Affiliate Links.

About QiPillow

The QiPillow, pronounced Chee Pillow, is different from other pillows. The product was created by BodyRyzm. The pillow provides orthopedic back support. The pillow also helps relieve fatigue, pain, and back stiffness, in addition to improving posture and comfort.

The pillow uses an air-controlled core to help with support, similar to a Sleep Number bed. You can always adjust the firmness of the core for your comfort.

My Review:

I wasn't quite sure how to inflate the QiPillow. The directions said open up the air valve, the air fills up slow. The directions also said not to over inflate the pillow because it affects your comfort. I went to find other reviews to see how they inflated the pillow. Some sites said they waited for the air to fill up, while others said they manually blew into the valve. I did the manual air blowing, but over inflated it. I let the air out a little at a time, until I was comfortable. After that, I enjoyed the pillow for sitting and sleeping. The pillow is 49.95 on Amazon. The pillow is not prime eligible.
