I have grown to love silicon cookware. The silicone is easy to clean and maintain.

I made a batch of cookies, well tried to, with the mat, but the oven decided not to work. I put the batter in the freezer and then, placed in the microwave as needed. The mat allowed me to remove one frozen cookie at a time, without issue.

Definitely will use the mat more once someone comes to fix the oven.

The mat also fits inside some microwaves.
