I received Essential Gluten-Free Grocery Guide, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I wanted to review the book because my nephew is allergic to gluten. Toss in being a vegetarian, not to mention, he a picky eater. He doesn't eat meat, doesn't eat meat, and particular about certain chemicals and dyes. He does not eat jello because it contains red # blah blah blah.

The book is organized by food category and by store. There is also a helpful symbol summary at the beginning of the book.

I may give the guide to my sister for her reference or keep it here for my mother's reference, since she buys most of his foods.
