I received Triumph Dining Gluten Free Restaurant Dining Cards (Gold Pack, Cards for American, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, Thai, Vietnamese, Greek, Italian and Greek Cuisines), in exchange for honest review from Tomoson.

I wanted to review the product for my nephew. He is a veggie and allergic to gluten. He can't eat meat or wheat The cards come in American, Greek, French, Vietnamese, and Italian. On the back of each one is a translation in that language, except American, which has a Spanish translation on the back.

On each card, you get a list of foods you can eat, foods you can't it, and foods, which needs verification before eating it. Check out the video review for more information.

You can purchase the cards on Amazon using the link above.

The Essential Gluten-Free Grocery Guide Book Review (Tomoson)

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial. This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received Essential Gluten-Free Grocery Guide, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I wanted to review the book because my nephew is allergic to gluten. Toss in being a vegetarian, not to mention, he a picky eater. He doesn't eat meat, doesn't eat meat, and particular about certain chemicals and dyes. He does not eat jello because it contains red # blah blah blah.

it is hard feeding that child when he comes to visit.

The book is organized by food category and by store. There is also a helpful symbol summary at the beginning of the book.

I may give the guide to my sister for her reference or keep it here for my mother's reference, since she buys most of his foods.
