Revolt Fitness Week 9

The August Uprising is finished. My weight and inches ballooned up and down this month. I do need to find a better way to use the calipers, maybe something voice activated, if it exists.

I lost 3 lbs from week 8 to 9. I also lost inches in triceps and subscap (back fat). Next, I lost inches in the hips, thighs, and calves. Finally, I dropped in body fat percentages. 

Me in the size 10 jeans again. They fit amazing. still have work to do so they will be less tighter.
