I received Slim Quick Protein Vanilla Flavor, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I started back exercising and trying to get back in shape. I never tried protein powder before and wanted to try it.
The product does taste good. At first, my kids lost my original shaker bottle and I was mixing the powder with a spoon in water, which can leave some clumps. I finally got a new shaker bottle (also for review coming soon) and it was easier to mix together.
You take some protein powder in the morning and again at night. The slim quick also comes in chocolate, in addition to vanilla.
Slim quick is made from bio pure green tea, which helps women lose 3x the weight versus dieting alone. The powder does contain natural ingredients such as calcium and antioxidants.
