The limber stretch is a fanny pack in a belt. When you are working out or walking, you can store your id, money, or other small items in one of two pockets. One pocket runs long and the other is a small pocket.

I haven't found the perfect position to hold it in place. The L.S. keeps rising up or down. I have tried it on my waist and hips. I think I should have ordered the next biggest size. I ordered a large, but needed an XL.

I do love the pockets, built in for my phone and other small items, when I am walking.
