HIIT Game 52 Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I received The HIIT Interval Workouts Game by Stack 52. , in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. The game can be played solo or in teams.

Full instructions are also available online. The product was created by Stack 52. In the game, you have swap cards and draw cards, similar to UNO. If you get a swap card, you can swap exercises with another player. If you pull a draw card, you pull two more workout cards You also have power up cards, which doubles your points in the game.

Next, you have exercise cards. The exercise cards have the name of the exercise, the point value, the type of exercise (color coded), a picture of the exercise, and a QR code to view a video of the exercise. I downloaded a QR reader when I reviewed other Stack 52 products. You also have a description of the exercise.

Other cards include the anatomy of the card, which explains how to read each card, the instructions, and the shield cards, which can block extra cards or swap cards. You also get the contests card and a game layout card for a solo game.

The game is easy to play in theory but you will feel the burn. This is a great way to workout. Your workout changes every game, depending on your cards dealt.

You can purchase the game, on Stack 52's website or on Amazon, using any of the links above.
