I received the Orange Blossom Water Toner, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The toner was developed by Foxbrim. The toner had a nice scent and did not irritate my face. I had no issues with the product. The toner felt very refreshing. I have used facial toner before, but never an orange blend.
I used the toner, cleaning my face first. Then, I applied toner and moisturizer. This is a great product to have.
