I received Chef Proven Lemon Zester/Cheese Grater, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I never have used a grater before. I used the grater to grate lemons, limes, and oranges for a juice and then for a cheesecake cupcake. The cupcake had zest on top and a citrus syrup towards the bottom.
The video above shows me using the zester for the first time. I did not understand the instruction where it said hold the zester like a violin. After I made the cheesecake, the zester was easier to use. For a better demonstration, watch the video below:
