My Review:

The first thing, the author discussed was doubting his salvation. I have felt similar struggles. I believe in God. I even overcame my fear of being underwater by being baptized. I used to think I lost my salvation, every time I messed up. I did learn later how we are still saved, no matter how many times we mess up. We still need to repent and ask for forgiveness, but we are still saved. The author also discussed developing a relationship with God. I also enjoyed the section on the virgin birth.

The book discusses transformation. From Adam transforming from a perfect man and his downfall to Mary transforming her virgin body into a vessel for our Lord and Savior. We also have to transform our bodies and souls to the will of God. I also enjoyed the section about disciplining your body. We have to say no to sex outside of marriage. We also need to improve our thoughts. When the wrong thoughts about sex enter, we need to find a way to cancel the thought and focus on something else.

The book does supplement material with biblical passages.

The book is available in paperback and Kindle format. The book is also prime eligible.
