I survived cardio week. My diet was off, but I still ate smaller portions and did the exercises. I did slip in some warm-up exercises with the exercise ball dvd (which came with the exercise ball). I also tried to do a few level 2 exercises mixed in with the level 1. The T thrusters are easy to me, but some of the rest are harder or I can't figure out how to get my body in some of these positions. Some exercises I hate this week: Side Planks. Burpees. I know what they are now, but I am not trying them anytime soon.
I also bought a mirror, which hangs over the door, so I don't have to always take my pics in the bathroom, but the lighting was bad, even with the lamp on. My new phone provides less light than my old phone. I do need to invest in some new workout gear. Love my Ellie Outfit. Need another one.
I also bought some 5 lbs weights to see if I can handle it. So now I have 2, 2 lb weights, and 2, 5 lb weights, and 1, 10 lb weight, my niece found in the game room. I have not used the 5 or 10 lb weights yet.
I wish there was a way to make the breast size go down. tired of the DD's. Looking forward to Detox Week Next Week (depending on what food I have left). I do have chicken, fish, and brown rice. That is a great start. The First detox week in July, I lost more pounds than the other 4 weeks.
