I put things such as cleaning supplies and bathing supplies at the top of the closet to keep the kids from getting into them, but I need a chair to grab items needed. The product worked great for the first few weeks. I was able to grab soap, shampoo, and other smaller cleaner supplies from the top of the closet.
A few days ago, the head stopped working. something came loose and I'm not sure what. Great while it lasted.
