I did learn from the website, the hot chocolate is natural and does not contain artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners. The ingredients include pure cane sugar, non-fat dry milk, cocoa, whey, salt, and stevia. The hot chocolate also contains natural flavor and locust bean gum. The hot chocolate is also fat free.

This was my first venture into natural hot chocolate.

The hot chocolate did taste like hot chocolate, but it was not strong enough for my taste. The hot chocolate tasted weak and watered down. The hot chocolate also was not a favorite of other members of the family. The hot chocolate also needed a dash of sweetness, to give it that rich flavor, I was looking for.
