Then, you can apply your moisturizers, serums, make up, or just wear the toner alone.The product does help hydrate your skin. My skin felt refreshed after using the facial toner. The toner also contains Vitamin C, which helps provide anti-inflammatory benefits, and helps lighten any discolorations.
