I received Round Ice Ball Maker Mold (Blue) (formerly sold black) in exchange for honest review from Amazon. Each mold holds four ice balls. You can make four round ice molds in each unit.
I had issues with the ice molds, (as seen in the first picture). Every mold ended up being a half a mold. I couldn't figure out how much water to go in each mold. I filled each up, but when time passed (4-6 hours), I still had half a ball, instead of a whole (ice is still good though). I am still experimenting on how much water to use and how long to freeze them to get the perfect ice ball.
Ice balls are so wonderful. They melt slower than regular ice chips/cubes. I love ice. Ice water, Ice in liquor, Ice in juice. Nothing I hate more than having a nice drink and the ice melts before the drink does. For example, for ice, I use a silicone cupcake holder. The ice maker in the fridge broke last year. I love my cupcake ice but it melts within minutes sometimes.
You can purchase the ice ball molds, using the link above. The molds are prime-eligible.
