It does change the color and taste of the water, but the product is easy to take and drink. It also helped this week when I started getting some sniffles and sneezes.
My mother also came down with a cold this week and I gave her some to use in her water. She is heading to a church conference this weekend and didn't want to be super sick. She also likes the product.
