I received Organic Matcha - Ceremonial Grade - Green Tea Powder, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I wanted to review the powder for the health benefits.

Organic Matcha contains antioxidants. The powder helps with energy, mood, and relaxation.

On the downside, The tea comes in a foil inside the tin. This can get messy when opening up the package. The powder went all over the counters. I recommend either leaving the powder in the foil and using a small spoon to scoop out when needed OR pour the powder in the tin.

You also need to watch the amount mixed in with your hot water. Little is best. Use a teaspoon, not a tablespoon, like I did once. The powder was hard to dissolve and tasted clumpy. If you use little, then there is a light flavor and no clumps. I had to pour out that cup and remake me a new one.
