I received the Rash Guard Thermal Shirt, in exchange for honest review. The thermal shirts are sold by Sun and Surf Store.

I wanted to review the shirts for when I work out. The shirts also work as a swim shirt or a thermal shirt, and a compression shirt. The shirt does generate warmth and heat. I don't recommend wearing the shirts for long periods because of the heat generated.

The shirts are made from Nylon and Spandex.

The shirts are also long sleeve and helps protect from UV rays.

The Rash Guard comes in Black, Blue, White, Charcoal Grey, and Navy Blue.
