I read The Gluten-Free Cookbook for Slow Cookers: A Delicious Variety of Easy Gluten-Free Recipes for Every Meal, in exchange for honest review from Third Voice. I wanted to read the book because my nephew is allergic to gluten, and a vegetarian. Cooking for him, when he visits, is hard work.
I wanted to find recipes, the nephew can eat when he visits on the weekends
I liked how the book is hyperlinked so I can jump to pages needed. I also can bookmark recipes needed either on the kindle app or my kindle. One of the first recipes, which stood out, was the vegetarian lasagna. I never thought about making lasagna in the crock pot.
I also liked how the book included dietary restrictions at the top of each page. I can see what the restrictions are and modify as needed for whoever I am cooking for.
Normally, I cook rice and beans in the crock pot, or maybe a pot of chili, the book gives me new options on how to cook for my family.
