I got the pan in the mail a few weeks ago. I ran the pan through a few tests: cheese, milk, butter, toast, bagels, etc. The family also tested the pan for other things such as eggs, grits, bacon. The pan is easy to clean and nothing really stuck. One problem I had was the handle did get too hot to handle at times. Also, since I was testing the product, the pan ended up with a few brown scruff marks and spots.I also noticed on the Amazon website, the pan is available in 10 and 12 inches, in addition to a earth wok. I am interested in purchasing these in the future.
The product is currently under $30 and is Prime-Eligible.
