I read "Secrets to a Pain Free Life", in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. I received a paperback book for review. The book was written by Reza Ghorbani. Ghorbani also helped developed Noxicare.

I wanted to review the book because I hate pain. I also don't like taking pain pills on a regular basis. I also have a family full of pain pill addicts. I don't know if they are truly in pain or not.

My issues include migraines and back aches, not to mention those evil cramps.

The book discusses pain; pain management; myths about pain; and medications. The book also discussed how your lifestyle affects your pain.

Headaches:

I have suffered from migraines, since I was 16. I have taken vicodin, morphine (emergency room), demerol, hydrocodone, tylenol, excedrine extra strength, sinus pills, percocet, etc. Most of the pills temporary knock out the pain, but the pain comes back with a vengeance. Then, you have percs, which is one of the few pills, which put me to sleep.

Ghorbani discussed how headaches is a common source of pain. He also discussed the differences between migraine, tension, and cluster.

Backaches:

I been suffering from back aches since the day, my breasts grew into it's current size. One minute, I am wearing a training bra and the next, I am wearing the same size as my grandma. I was in elementary school. My cycle and boobs started annoying me since the tender age of 8.

Ghorbani discussed how back pain can affect your lifestyle, especially if you are lifting, walking, squatting, sitting, living :-).

I liked reading the book. I been skipping around, focusing on diet, exercise, vitamins, and weight to help manage pain.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
