I received the Eco friendly Mat, in exchange for honest review from Giveaway Service. The Eco Friendly Mat are smaller and eco-friendlier versions of the cutting board. My cutting board is the holder for my silicone ice trays. This mat is also made from silicone. Silicone cooking tools are becoming my new best friends.

I liked the smaller cutting mats. I have used it for meats, veggies, and even Kalen took one and used it as a coloring mat. The mats also have lines for measuring. You have numbers along the side, plus the dotted squares in the middle. I use them when needed and store them back in my kitchen tools bin in my room. My tools don't go downstairs to the kitchen with everything else :-).
