I received Valley Food Storage Enchilada Rice and Beans, in exchange for honest review. The food is great for emergencies and camping. For example, Houston has been flooding all week. While I havent' experienced the dangers of the flood, our lights have gone off. The house phone and internet have been non-existent.

You cook the beans and rice similar to any other beans and rice, but this cooks a tad bit quicker. The food looked good though, but it was salty. Do not add any extra seasonings to the mix. The mix is already seasoned. I am so glad I did not.

While the food looks delicious. the salt content is out of control (28% salt). The family loved the food, just not the salt.
