The vitamin uses dark chocolate as a base. I received the chocolate a day, a few days ago, and love the product. The product combines Belgian Dark Chocolate and 14 vitamins and minerals to provide the perfect square of goodness. The chocolate is also gluten free and sugar free. Chocolate A day also contains no salt and no cholesterol. Next, Chocolate A day is dairy free, GMO free, filler free, wax free, preservative free, and substitute oil free.
Some of the vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin D, Vitamin K, and vitamin E. Other vitamins include B1, B2, B3, B6, Zinc, Folic Acid, B-12, Calcium, and Magnesium.
The media kit also says the chocolate contains 55% cacao, which gives you more flavonoids and antioxidants.
I like the chocolate a day because it's not a pill. It is not a big capsule. It is not a nasty mediciney liquid.
