I received Instanatural's InstaNatural Peppermint Essential Oil, InstaNatural Lemon Essential Oil , andInstaNatural Lavender Essential Oil, in exchange for honest review. Essential oils have so many uses; You can use them to create homemade beauty products or cleaning products., for example. I have used the oils to clean the bathroom with. I also have used the oils for a relaxing soak in the tub, after the kids go to bed.

For essential oils, you do have to dilute them first. Lavender has a strong scent, while peppermint can cause your skin to burn if you use too much (experience). For peppermint, I use one to four drops with coconut oil. I have the smell desired, but not the burn again. The lemon helps the bathroom smell wonderful, especially after a good cleaning.

I also thought of using the oils in my son's bed, especially Brad, after I clean any body fluids off.
