I received the Naturalico Fast Speed Cable Jump Rope, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The Jump Rope is made for speed jumping and cross fit. I also like how the jump rope is adjustable to height. The instructions tell you how to adjust the ropes for your height. It took me a few minutes to get the right height.

The jump rope also comes with a nylon carrying case for storage and carrying.

Other features include:

• The rope handle turns at a 90 degree angle to reduce tangling. 
• The rope can be used for cross fit, cardio, and endurance training. 
• The rope is light weight. The cables are thin compared to a traditional jump rope. 
• The rope is great for jump ropers at all levels, I am between beginner and average, depending on the day. Some days, I can't get the rhythm going and other days, I am amazing. 
• The rope can be cut with wire cutters. 

I tried jump roping outside on the back patio (concrete) and in the house, on carpet. I found better results, jump roping outside.
