I received Skipping Stones, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The book is about Alex, who grew up in a mill town. The town has deteriorated over the years.Alex is about to be sent off to war, treating trauma patients, but has to come home first.
The book then goes into flashback mode, Alex is visiting her grandparents when she was 15/16. I liked the scene, where Alex is in the car with her grandparents, when she hears sirens, signaling an accident.
The book was nicely written.
The book is available in paperback and kindle edition. The book is prime eligible.
