The story is about a brother and sister. The brother is tall and no one notices him, when he passes by. His sister, on the other hand, is small and people stared at her or was scared of her. She was different and knew it.

The Giant was his sister's protector. He would confront people and stare at them back. Both the brother and sister have their issues, but they also both need each other to survive.

The book was a quick read. I finished it in one sitting. Yanai did a good job writing the book.
