Swindlers, Necromancers, and Real-Vampires by Michael Rank Book Review (Tomoson)

Disclaimer: This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links.

I read Swindlers, Necromancers, and Real-Life Vampires: An Unconventional Guide to History, in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. The book was written by Michael Rank. The book is available on Amazon in Kindle format.

The book presents history from an interesting perspective. I wanted to read the book because I love history. I enjoyed the chapter about Genghis Khan and the five worst dictators, starting with Vlad the Dracul. Other chapters I enjoyed included the:

  1. Top 3 insane rulers (Chapter 4).
  2. The Crusades (Chapter 7).
  3. Indulgences: A Get out of Hell Free Card: (Chapter 16)
  4. Three Crusaders you should know. (Chapter 24 to 26)
  5. Joan of Arc (Chapter 29).
  6. 3 inventions, which are much older than you think. (Chapter 32).The computer, automobile, and the battery.
I also liked how the book's table of contents was hyperlinks, so you can read the chapters you want when you want versus the whole book.

The chapters were short reads. Check out the book on Amazon. The book is Prime-Eligible.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
