Fat Loss-All in one start up guide for maximum fat loss book review (tomoson)
I read Fat Loss - All In One Startup Guide For Maximum Fat Loss (Weight Loss, Fat Loss, Health And Fitness) in exchange for honest review from Tomoson. This post contains Amazon Affiliate Links and Images.
The book was written by Joseph Vartas and the book is .99 on Kindle. The book is not offered in paperback.
I wanted to review this book because I struggle with weight. The most I ever been was 225 and the lowest as an adult was 130 lbs. Last week, I was 153 lbs. I been working out with Revolt Fitness for the last few months.
The book started off with discussing why people don't lose fat, like they want to. Two ways include burning more calories than you consume or consuming more calories than you burn. I never counted calories, so I am confused on this concept. The author also discussed taking your measurements on a regular basis. I do have a tape measure and calipers. I need to start back taking my measurements. You will use your measurements to determine your body fat percentages. The body fat percentages will tell you if you are normal weight, overweight, or obese. When I started exercising, I was in the obese range, but now I am in the overweight range.
Next, the author discussed the difference between losing weight and fat loss. You can lose weight, but not lose fat loss. Everyone's body is different and requires a different method to lose weight and lose fat loss. You may need to burn additional calories or do a low-intensity workout, or even an high intensity workout. I work best with low-intensity, but I also do a few high-intensity every now and then to break up the monotony.
The book also provides do's and don't for fat burning; exercises for fat loss; and frequently asked questions.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
