What is Couch Rebels:
Couch Rebels is a Kindle eBook, which will be released on August 14th, 2013, for 9.99. If you don't own a kindle, you can still purchase the book and read it on the Kindle Cloud, Kindle for PC, kindle for android, or other Kindle reading applications. The book was written by 127 authors. The authors started writing the book on April 1, 2013. The book sales will provide clean water to Africa. The goal for the campaign is to sell 1000 books by August 14th, 2013

Couch Rebels are people, who have been outside their comfort zones (whether voluntary or involuntary) and have allowed those experiences to change their lives (Copied from the website). While others are being couch potatoes, couch revels are experiencing growth, which makes for great stories. Life is not about playing video games or watching television, it is about helping the homeless, volunteering at a senior center, or backpacking through a foreign country.
