I read Hooligan Bear by Ian Toyton and Andrea Dietrich, in exchange for review from netgalley.com. The book was also published by Smith Publicity. The book was about bears, who threw a birthday party for a friend. Louie never had a birthday party and his friends decided to throw Louie his first birthday party. The book was cute. The graphics were wonderful. My kids enjoyed this book.
